Permaculture gardening

A three-day course for those interested in sustainable cultivation of crops, vegetables and ornamental plants. You will learn basic principles, soil care, biodiversity support, and cultivation principles. You will practice the knowledge you have acquired on your own permaculture garden plan.

Are you interested in growing crops, vegetables and ornamental plants but you wonder how to be environmentally friendly? In our course, you will learn useful tips and be introduced to inspiring solutions that will help you create environmentally friendly conditions in your garden and contribute to the sustainability of our civilisation.

Course objective

In this course, you will learn the reasons for permaculture and its main principles. We will also focus on alternative approaches and inspirations in soil care, biodiversity promotion, vegetable rotation and the environmental impact of conventional cultivation. You may already be familiar with many of the practices, though some may be new, but for all of them, we will look at their benefits and why they are important not only for growing vegetables but for the whole garden ecosystem. The goal is to help create permaculture gardens that become islands of life and contribute to the stabilization and preservation of our entire landscape ecosystem. Let’s try doing things differently and be inspired to make the world a better place.
