What can we offer you?

We offer a range of career counselling services to support MENDELU applicants and students in active planning and career management. We help individuals and groups to make decisions and navigate in matters of education, professional training and career development.

Consultations

At career consultations you can address topics such as decision-making and choice of field and job, choice of profession, orientation and opportunities on the labour market, CV and cover letter, preparation for an interview and its process, drawing up a professional-personality profile – strengths and weaknesses in relation to career, motivation, tendency to lead people and decision-making skills.

We provide consultations in person or online. 

A consultation takes 50 minutes. We can meet once or multiple times, depending on your needs. We will provide up to 10 consultations per academic year, at intervals by arrangement.

Courses

Courses focus on trends in CVs and cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, developing work competences such as time management, communication styles and self-presentation not only for job interviews.

Courses are in Czech.

How to book?

  • If you are interested in a consultation with a career counselor, please request an appointment by filling out the registration form.
  • As soon as the career counselor sends you an email with possible appointment dates, respond and confirm a date! Without a mutually confirmed date (by the career counselor and the client), we do not book an appointment. Please, respond promptly, do not block unnecessarily the dates, by a several-day delay you risk offering the dates to another client.
